PLX Technology Expands Pan-European Reach, Signs Leading Distributor Avnet Memec
Complements Existing North America Agreement, Adds Expert Technical Support and a Scalable Partner
SUNNYVALE, Calif. -- June 15, 2009 -- PLX Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: PLXT), a leading global supplier of high-performance, feature-rich, semiconductors and software solutions, today announced the addition of Avnet Memec as its primary technical sales distributor servicing the entire European marketplace. Avnet Memec provides PLX a very appealing one-to-one ratio of field sales specialists to field application engineers, which is triple the industry standard.
